As we continue to witness the incredible impact of The Basic Series (TBT) across Africa, we’re excited to share several new opportunities on the horizon—and we invite you to join us in prayer as we take these next steps.
This year, we’re preparing for what we’re calling “soft launches” in several new French-speaking West African nations. These six soft launches involve smaller print runs of our West Africa French TBT translation—an efficient and cost-effective way to expand our reach while remaining good stewards of our resources.
In this upcoming quarter, we’re planning to include 500–1,000 copies of TBT for each of the following countries:
- Guinea Conakry
- Niger
- Burkina Faso
At just $1.50 per book, these initial quantities allow us to make a meaningful investment in new territory without overextending resources. Each book represents a new opportunity for discipleship, encouragement, and spiritual growth for pastors and believers eager for biblical foundations.
Beyond these initial steps, we are also preparing to move forward more fully in Ghana and Mozambique. While rising prices in Mozambique have presented some challenges, we’re actively working through those hurdles to ensure continued progress.
In Cameroon, a growing partnership with a U.S.-based pastor is making a difference. He has generously committed to covering the cost of training pastors, and ServeNow is coming alongside by providing books to support those efforts—extending the reach of TBT into more communities and church networks.
As we look ahead over the next 2–6 months, it’s exciting to consider how many lives could be touched through these expansions. And with a TBT Matching Grant Opportunity currently available, now is a strategic time to come alongside this mission. Every dollar given doubles the impact—equipping more leaders and transforming more lives across the continent.
