Join ServeNow's Ride on Pine Creek Trail, a 62-mile fundraising bike ride, from Friday, April 21 - Saturday, April 22, 2023. Enjoy an overnight stay at Penn Wells Lodge and dinner at the historic inn. Then fuel up with breakfast and begin the adventure of Pine Creek trailhead ending in Jersey Shore, PA. $750 includes transportation, lodging, and food - price increases to $800 after March 1, 2023. I have read and agree to the ServeNow Ride Waiver: I know that participating in this ride is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I also know that there may be traffic on the course and assume the risk for riding in traffic. I also assume any or all other risks associated with participating in this ride including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather and the condition of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Knowing these facts, and in consideration of your accepting my entry fee, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release and discharge ServeNow and any subcontractors it utilizes, all municipalities in which the ride is held, the event committee, volunteers, any and all sponsors including their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting for or on their behalf, or anyone else associated in any way with the ride, from any or all claims or liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind of nature whatsoever arising out of, or in the course of, my participation in this event(s). This waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature what so ever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. I also agree to grant to ServeNow and its authorized representatives permission to record on photography film and/or video, pictures of my participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote ServeNow, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
